DS 220 Conforming on Avid DS

Overview:

This course provides students with exposure to the process of conforming or re-creating an offline project on the Avid DS online editing system. The course covers a number of workflow scenarios that vary depending on the type of offline system and offline formats used, such as Avid Media Composer and Avid Symphony with compatible MXF/OMF file exchanges, or the RED R3D file format. Students also learn about the Digital Intermediary (DI) workflow.
