All registered users of Avid Media Composer version v4.0, NewsCutter v8.0, and/or Symphony v4.0 automatically qualify for the version 4.0.4/8.0.4 software. This update, available via download, includes the application, README files and installation instructions. To register your copy of Media Composer, click here. Adrenaline registration: Avid does not support registration of Media Composer Adrenaline systems through avid.com. Please contact your local reseller or Avid Inside Sales directly.

After installing one of the updates, you may also want to download and install the items found in the corresponding goodies.zip file. The goodies download includes plug-ins for use in Avid Media Composer plus demos of third-party software that will allow you to get more out of your editing system.
